E-commerce Warehouse Associate

Receiving, Testing & Listing

An on-site warehouse team member to receive products, unpack and test them, take photos, create listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace and other platforms, and drop off outgoing shipments to USPS, FedEx and UPS.

What you'll do

  • Receive and count incoming inventory.
  • Unpack, sort, and label items (SKU / location).
  • Basic testing — power on, charging, buttons, pairing, and key functions.
  • Note condition issues clearly (scratches, dents, missing parts).
  • Take clear product photos.
  • Create listings — title, description, item specifics, and price.
  • Pack orders neatly and prepare shipments (labels provided).
  • Drop off packages at USPS, FedEx or UPS locations as needed.
  • Keep inventory organized and staged for shipping and pickup.

What we're looking for

  • Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for drop-offs.
  • Able to lift and move boxes (reasonable weights).
  • Reliable attendance and able to work independently.

Nice to have

  • eBay / Facebook Marketplace listing experience.
  • Experience with electronics and basic troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with packing and shipping best practices.

Sales Associate

Part-Time / Full-Time

A detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with hands-on experience selling through online marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms. This role covers the full cycle — receiving inventory, testing and sorting items, creating quality listings, and managing local pickup orders in the Dallas area.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

What you'll do

  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments.
  • Test items for functionality and document any cosmetic or operational issues.
  • Sort, organize, and store inventory for easy access.
  • Create accurate, attractive product listings with clear descriptions, quality photos, and competitive pricing.
  • Manage and update listings on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with online buyers.
  • Schedule and coordinate local pickup orders with Dallas-area customers.
  • Keep inventory records up to date and track sold items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience selling on eBay or similar online marketplaces.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to write clear, honest, and compelling product descriptions.
  • Basic photography skills for product images.
  • Reliable, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online listing tools.
  • Ability to lift and move inventory (up to 40 lbs).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of consumer electronics, tools, or other resale categories.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and returns.
  • Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes.
